Items are packed with great care and sent within at least two days of purchase unless notified otherwise and I send via Royal Mail special delivery tracked shipping ( tracking number can be sent to you and thereafter I am not responsible for Royal Mail / courier delays or strikes.
if you are local to the area you are welcome to a customer pick up for your package to save you on postage. Please message before purchasing if this is the case and I can take off the postage fee.

All puchases are final and your freedom jewel or knitwear piece will be sent in amauclate condition.
Returns are also not accepted for any wear or tear. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to help.
